Job Description:
Role Objective : Objective of developer role for CDH project is to work with CDH development team on DataStage PX tool. Individual must be technically expert on DataStage tool & work closely with both onshore & offshore in achieving project objectives.
Primary Role Deliverables :
* Work closely with Team lead & participate in requirement elicitation; prepare detail technical design
* Develop, unit test data transformation routines using DataStage PX tool
* Development of detailed specifications for data management scripts
* Development of scripts in database SQL, ETL, or UNIX for managing data
* Documentation of the developed code for promotion to production environment
* Expertise in working in multiple project environment with good understanding of code configuration management * Develop SME capability on DataStage tool
* Proactively manage assigned tasks and provide timely status report to Team Lead

Secondary Role Deliverables :

* Develop/Upgrade self and team skill level on technology advancement
* Ability to suggest improvements in existing process, technology etc.
* Build re-usable assets, identify best practices within team
* Must have experience in working on both onshore/offshore project teams

Should be able to join by the 15th - 20th of Dec.- Should have Datastage experience for about 2.5 yrs (min)- Should have good communication skills...- Unix is optional, but some of the positions might need them...

Work location TOP MNC- Hyderabad on payroll of Synova.
